An intimate evening event intended to create conscious community that starts with a Vinyasa flow, curated dinner conversation that invites attendees to share and be vulnerable, live music performances over desert and a sound bath group meditation to close the evening.


A 2-hour workshop that walks through the fundamentals of inversion poses and helps students overcome the fear of going upside down. Together, we build confidence and get comfortable flipping the script through crow pose, headstands, handstands and other inversions practices. 


A 60-minute flow targeting the "Yoga? But I can't touch my toes!" guys who are curious to try yoga but apprehensive of traditional studios. This class serves as an introduction to yoga for men (and their encouraging partners) to reveal it as both physically intensive workout and spiritually uplifting practice of mind and spirit.
